1812 Half NGC MS64 A knockout near GEM example of this tough early date. Starting with a full, sharp strike on both sides, showing detailed drapery, clasp and curls on the obverse. Needle sharp reverse in every respect. Add to that silvery rose toning overall with glowing bright blue in and around the devices and at the peripheries of both sides. Finish will full cartwheel luster and you have a truly remarkable early Bust Half at an affordable price. $5450.00
1826 Half NGC MS64 *NEW* A beautiful Bust Half, mostly brilliant with a light golden-rose patina overall, slightly deeper toward the peripheries. Sharply struck front and back with full, shimmering luster. $3850.00
1826 Half NGC MS64 Cherry picked from an extensive private collection that sold at the ANA. This bust half has it all...full sharp strike front and back, lovely light rose patina with some blue at the right periphery, great surfaces and glowing luster. $3850.00
1831 Half NGC MS64 *NEW* Fully struck on both sides. Brilliant white with just a hint of golden patina and full glowing luster. $3650.00
1834 Half PCGS AU53 *Aspen Park Collection* Such an incredibly pleasing Virgin Original that I threw it in my personal safe deposit box several years ago. In an effort to pare down my collection, this one is being offered for sale. Deep original silvery gray patina with rose highlights glowing from sparkling and lustrous surfaces. Awesome eye-appeal. $475.00
1834 Half PCGS AU55 Spectacular virgin original example with a full, sharp strike on both sides and medium to deep patina. Considerable remaining luster. Super pleasing eye-appeal for the Bust Half Fanatic. $675.00
1834 Half PCGS AU58 A wonderful super slider with fully struck details, light original silvery patina and golden-blue peripheral toning framing both sides. Just a touch of rub, but virtually free of marks, with sparkling luster overall. $875.00
1853 Half PCGS MS62 *NEW* A wonderful stone original example that shows a full strike, mark-free surfaces, kind of a rusty even colored patina with blue and rose highlights and good luster for the grade. Exceptional quality for the price. $2500.00
1874 Half PCGS PR64 CAMEO Very light even violet patina overall with some deeper blue at the peripheries on both sides. Nice, bright, fully reflective CAMEO example of this very tough Arrows type. $4850.00
1875 Half PCGS MS65 *NEW* Very light golden patina overall with deeper golden-orange and violet at the peripheries of both sides. Fully struck and lustrous. Very attractive type coin. $3950.00
1876 Half PCGS MS64 Lightly frosted devices contrast semi-prooflike fields on both sides of this lovely type coin. Basically bright and brilliant with a hint of even rose patina on the obverse and bright white reverse. Loads of eye-appeal. Forget the price guide on this grade. MS65's will run $4000 plus. $1750.00
1879 Half NGC MS67* A glorious SUPERB GEM with monster color and amazing Eye-Appeal. A complete and full strike with light cameo devices contrasting semi-prooflike fields. Dazzling blend of blue-green going to golden and violet peripheral toning over bright, lustrous surfaces on both sides. STUNNING in every way and Star designated by NGC for AMAZING eye-appeal. $11850.00
1880 Half NGC PF66 A beautifully toned GEM that shows light violet centers going out symetrically to bright blue-green in the fields and peripheries. Virtually identical toning on both sides. Bright and fully reflective. $5750.00
1888 Half NGC MS64 Brilliant and very flash with semi-prooflike fields and lovely rose and blue peripheral toning framing both sides. Low mintage of 12,001. $1800.00
1896 Half NGC PF64 Full CAMEO (not designated) devices on both sides contrast deeply mirrored fields. A hint of even champagne patina. Top end quality and eye-appeal for this grade. I don't know if this piece was graded before NGC started designating CAMEO and then reholdered in a new "edgeview" case or if NGC just neglected to put the designation on the insert. $2250.00
1908 Half NGC PF66 A beautiful original GEM that shows light violet-rose centers glistening off a CAMEO portrait (not designated CAMEO on the holder) with deep blue toning into the fields. Reverse is a deep blend of both colors throughout. Bright and reflective. $4750.00
1910-S Half PCGS MS64 Purchased from a dealer who tried it twice for a MS65 grade. Possibly the choicest MS64 I have seen of the type and especially of this tough date. Brilliant and lustrous with light violet peripheral toning on the obverse and violet going to blue on the reverse. $3650.00
1911 Half NGC PF66 CAMEO An incredibly pleasing type coin featuring completely distraction free snowy white cameo devices contrasting deeply mirrored fields. Just a hint of even champagne patina over the entire coin front and back. Top end coin and superb eye-appeal. $5350.00
1915-S Half PCGS MS65 Superb glowing Gem with a hint of golden-rose patina overall. Very clean surfaces and sparkling luster. $3575.00
1939 Half NGC PF66 *NEW* An exceptional Walker Proof for the grade showing light cameo devices on very deep fields. Fully brilliant and flashy. $950.00
