*NEW* A very wholesome original example of this tough early Seated Quarter. Much scarcer than type with only 8 graded MS64 and 4 grading MS65, none higher. Compare to more common "No Motto" dates which show MS64 pops in the 60's and 70's. This example shows a sharp strike on both sides with medium greenish and blue toning on the obverse and deep gray on the reverse.

Gorgeous toning on this Superb Gem No Motto Quarter. Starting with violet in the center, going out to bright sky blue and finished with violet-rose and blue peripheral toning. Sharply struck with full, blazing luster. Amazing eye-appeal!! This coin would have set you back around $65,000 at the 1989-90 market peak.

Definitely a connoisseur's coin, showing a light blue Liberty portrait, going to medium to deep dusky blue into the fields with gorgeous flashes of golden rose and violet. The obverse of this coin conjures up a a blue sky at dusk with psychadelic clouds floating by. Reverse is a blend of pastel rainbow coloring with some deep blue at the peripheries. Absolutely SUPERB original surfaces...fully PF68 quality in every way. Flawless original MONSTER GEM with fully reflective surfaces.

PR65 CAMEO
|
*NEW* A perfect example of the type of coin I like to buy. Fully deserving of a Deep Cameo designation in my opinion, this striking Proof shows thick frosty white CAMEO on both sides contrasting deep, black fields. I would place this piece in the 60 percentile of Ultra Cams and Deep Cams that I have viewed in both NGC and PCGS holders, meaning 40% are less acceptable for this designation than the present coin (IMO). Fully brilliant Black and White GEM CAMEO.
